Custom made. Mounts to chassis rails. Bumper then mounts to this bracket. Cross bar is visible but between engine lid and bumper. Two vertical tube allow a bike rack to be slotted in. I have misplaced this bit but it was just a U bent piece of tubing. Also has mounting holes for rear mudguards. Seems a waste to scrap it as a good sturdy mount bracket.I used it for ten years and surplus to requirements as I have fitted a tow bar.
