Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday may not be dispatcheduntil Monday or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday. We close at18.00 Friday afternoon and are out of the office until 08.00 Mondaymorning so all weekend orders will be processed when we re-open.
Returns/ Warranty: Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded iffound to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty orbroken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the olditem back and tested it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and isfound to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for returnpart to be dispatched. All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must bereported to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus torequirements, a re-stocking fee will be charged (plus all postage fees)
