The reason for selling is simple; my father used to be a self-employed auto-electrician, but when he retired he was left with some last remaining items of stock (starters, alternators, dynamos etc.) that we are now selling off one-by-one on ebay. As such, all starters, alternators etc. have been professionally reconditioned, and are obviously unused since the reconditioning. Cash on collection accepted if buyer wishes to collect the item. PLEASE, BEFORE BIDDING, CONTACT US WITH THE PART NUMBER OF YOUR EXISTING UNIT AND AWAIT OUR CONFIRMATION; BECAUSE THERE ARE OFTEN MANY DIFFERENT STARTERS/ALTERNATORS FOR A PARTICULAR VEHICLE THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN ENSURE THAT THIS PART WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOURS.
NB We have been selling these items on eBay for some years now, and have reached the point where some of our remaining units do not come complete with fan and pulley. This is not usually a problem, as the fans and pulleys are usually interchangeable with those on the vehicle’s existing unit, but if it is is important to you that they are present then please check with us first before bidding.
Sorry but all of our car parts are for sale to the UK only. Also, due to the courier firms I use not delivering there, we are unable to sell to Northern Ireland.
Please note that the courier firms I use only deliver to mainland UK, not the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc – sorry about this but please do not bid if you require delivery to anywhere other than the UK mainland.
