VW MK. 1 GP Beach Buggy for sale (restoration project).
I have owned the Beach Buggy for 27 years during which time I toured parts of Europe in it.
Being a mechanic, I decided to dis-mantle the Buggy with the intention of total re-building it.
Due to my current personal circumstances (relationship break-up), however, I am not able to undertake the restoration myself and have therefore reluctantly decided to sell.
The Buggy is as follows :
VW MK. 1 GP Beach Buggy for restoration.
The specification is as follows :
1. 1973 LWB swing axle floor pan.
2. 1960s LWB MK. 1 GP body.
It is currently completely dis-mantled.
3. 3 original air cooled engines (all 3 require re-builds) are included and the original Tin Ware is present for at least 2 of the engines.
There are various containers that include the nuts and bolts etc and I would say that(at a minimum) 95% are included.
I attach current photos and also photos of the Beach Buggy before it was dis-mantled (1992).
