Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday may not be dispatcheduntil Monday or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday. We close at18.00 Friday afternoon and are out of the office until 08.00 Mondaymorning so all weekend orders will be processed when we re-open.
Returns/ Warranty: Any partsreturned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tamperedwith or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will onlygive a refund or replacement once we have received the old item back and testedit. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be theincorrect part number, postage will be charged again for return part to bedispatched.
