PAYMENT
We accept PayPal via eBay checkout – (Goods can only be delivered to confirmed PayPal Addresses, unless otherwise agreed). Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our PayPal account. Some items we can allow a small discount on Price, these are small margins so before making a best offer bare this in mind.
DELIVERY
We offer a range of shipping options to the UK and Ireland. If you are buying from overseas, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or Isle of Man please contact us for a shipping price. Items will be delivered by Royal Mail for Great Britain deliveries and Fastway courier for free Next Day Delivery for Island of Ireland items. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself from the local post office or you will incur a redelivery charge, which will need to be paid before the delivery is made (pallets and large deliveries). Pallet delivery will be made within 48 hours after day of purchase between the business working hours of 8.30AM – 5.30PM, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank and Public Holidays).
As we are in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands, may be liable for extra freight charges. Scottish Highlands include the postcodes of: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-26, PH30-41 and PH49-50. Scottish Islands include the postcodes of: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3. Delivery to Channel Islands is available for small packages up to 25kg (please contact us for rates). Please check the condition of all packages before signing accepted in good condition. This is important because the courier waiver liability once the packages have been signed for. If the driver will not let you examine the package or remove the packaging please write damaged by your signature. Please follow these instructions and contact us immediately.
RETURNS
Our parts are legal and source traceable (NIEA Authorised Treatment Facility: LN/04/02 and LN/06/32). We can supply the donor vehicle chassis number and a Certificate of destruction if required for the dismantled vehicle. If you need to return a part, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have been supplied with a faulty item then we will cover the return postage costs and issue a refund if a replacement cannot be found. Replacements or refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the original invoice and return of the original part in the same condition as it was supplied with security marks still intact. Please do not send back your old part or any other substitute as we have security marked all parts. EcoChoice Parts do not cover any parts that show signs of being tampered with (i.e. being opened and do not cover labour costs). If a part is purchased in error, it must be returned within seven days at the buyer’s expense. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
