How does the mail order Haldex Controller repair service work?
On the day we receive your Haldex unit it will be tested, faulty units are then repaired and resealed.If your unit is not faulty or beyond repair we will rebuild it and seal it back up. It will then be sent back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.

We can test and repair all Generation 5 Haldex Controller ECUs from Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda vehicles using our bespoke bench testing rig. We have reverse engineered these ECU’s and stock all components to offer a fast and effective next day mail order service. We have processed thousands of Haldex units for owners and have many repeat trade customers.
Once repaired, we re-coat the PCB to ensure it will not corrode in the future, we seal the Haldex control unit correctly to ensure they do not leak in the future.
Typical Failure Of Gen 5 Haldex Control Units
Gen 5 Controllers typically fail giving no communication with the ABS unit, the CAN Gateway and/or the Instrument cluster. The fault code you get is 01324.
