— TERMS AND CONDITIONS / RETURNS —

You must be 100% sure that the item you require matches your requirements, this is the buyers responsibility. If You are unsure in any way at all then please contact me to confirm the details BEFORE purchasing.

The part will usually be used and will show signs of wear and tear unless listed as new. Cosmetically parts may have scratches, marks and rust so will not warrant a refund because of this.

The part will usually fit more than one make and model of vehicle.

All purchases in the buyers error are subject to minimum of a 20% restocking fee. Postage fees will not be refunded also.

Any items that need to be returned are the buyers responsibility. The Buyer must pay return costs and return the item within 14 days after sale.

All parts are SECURITY marked twice to ensure the part we send is the part we expect in return.

Security marked with a coloured marker signature and or usually a sticker. if these have been tampered with or removed in any way their will be no refund whatsoever regardless of any damage.

Any part sent back to us that is not what we sent originally will be void any refund and reported to ebay for FRAUD, taken to the claims court for all losses incurred with interest.

We advise all buyers/customers to inspect items before signing for them, Courier drivers have to wait whilst you do this, in the unlikely event that the item is damaged in transit please refuse delivery and simply write ‘DAMAGED’ on the parcel and contact us immediately. Once an item has been signed and accepted by law we cannot process any claim with the courier company. Thus give any refunds to the buyer. We do not give eBay any authority to issue refunds under UK law and trading standard practices.

To accept any return we will require good quality photos, at least 3 of the item and a description of why you want to return the item.

if a return is agreed by us we will ask the buyer for a holding charge of the purchase cost and postage cost to be sent via PayPal or Bank transfer separately from any eBay system before we accept a return via the eBay returns system. this is to avoid losses and fraud from buyers and eBay sellers policy. THIS will be refunded along with the original purchase price of the item once we have made sure the item is the correct one we sent and has not been tampered with.

Returns outside of eBay and by contact with us directly will not need any holding charge.
