SECURITY BODIES The Seller informs that pursuant to Legislative Decree 24.06.2003, n. 209, and subsequent amendments and / or additions, the spare parts relating to the safety of the vehicle can be sold exclusively to registered companies carrying out auto-repair activities which, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 3, of Law 05.02. 1992, n. 122, are distinguished in the activities of:
a) mechanics and engines; b) bodywork; c) electrician; d) tire dealer.
We report the spare parts as listed in Annex III of Decree no. 209 of 24.06.2003, referred to in art. 15, paragraph 7:
Brake system:
brake booster; brake pump / cylinder; discs / drums; complete caliper; brake carrier disc; flexible / rigid pipes; complete pedal board; caveria hand brake; hand brake lever.
Steering:
articulated upper and lower shaft; rack / wheel side linkage; power steering pipes; power steering organs.
Front / rear suspension:
uprights / hubs / spindles with relative bearings; swing arms; ball pins; struts / stabilizer bars / longitudinal rods; crosspieces and frames; shock absorbers. Transmission: drive shafts.
Various:
fuel system pipes; external petrol pump; restraint systems for passive safety (belts, pretensioners, air bags).
The Seller therefore reserves the right not to process orders that present spare parts belonging to the categories listed above or if, at its sole discretion, it deems they may be part of them.
