Some tyre places have issues with balancing the stock VW steel rims / Wheels on their machines , this plate bolts onto the machine then you bolt your wheel on using M14 wheel bolts , M14 bolts are used on Splitscreens / earlybay / Early Porsche 912 911 and late 4 stud beetles . Bolts on early pre 67 bugs use a 12mm bolt , so you will need to find some M14 bolts .I may do an M12 version if there is enough interest .The plate is in Raw steel and is 10mm thick the centre hole is 65mm in diameter .
